BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1714, 1720, 1724, and 1728 Gunbarrel Road, being on the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road northeast of Zeigler Road. Part of tract 3, Re-subdivision of Pinewood Acres, as shown by plat of record in plat book 15, page 70, R.O.H.C.; being the properties described in deed book 1245, page 223, R.O.H.C., deed book 3540, PAGE 553, R.O.H.C., deed book 2931, page 118, R.O.H.C., and deed book 2972, page 352, R.O.H.C. Tax Map No. 159H-B-23, 23.1, 24, and 25. from R-1 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Dedication of right-of-way as required by the City Engineer. 2. Standards and provisions of the Growth Corridor Policy including sidewalk requirements. 3. Deletion of maximum 25' wide driveway requirement. 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
